Welcoming enormouschampion and INK&IRON to Paperless Post

We’re excited to be launching two new collections on Paperless Post from design compatriots we really dig. You may have already seen the distinctive designs from enormouschampion or INK&IRON in our greeting card sections – if you haven’t I encourage you to check them out both on Paperless Post and at their own websites. Here’s a little backstory:

enormouschampion

enormouschampion is helmed by partners Jordan Provost and Jason Wong in Brooklyn, New York. He is a graphic designer and illustrator; she is a photographer and letterpress printer. Together they produce a line of expertly curated greetings, note cards, posters, wood pieces, tea towels and other beautiful ephemera, as well as custom stationery designs for discerning clientele. Check out the whole line here (http://enormouschampion.com). We are particularly drawn to enormouschampion’s recurring themes from the animal kingdom – from illustrated whale studies to flirtatious wooden squirrels, from polar bears to foxes and other woodland silhouettes.

INK&IRON

T.J. Strandberg brings a love of illustration and the letterpress craft to INK&IRON, the line of greetings, wedding and baby stationery she founded in 2009 in Northern California. We love the way her greetings combine punchy, original illustrations of otherwise mundane objects (a fan, a matchbox, an antique camera) with ironic subtitles – the effect is fun, refined and easy to send. In addition to hitting the nail on the head in terms of design, INK&IRON upholds the highest possible green standards in the production of their paper line – they print on 100% cotton [tree-free] paper and 30% recycled post-consumer waste paper that is generated using wind power and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
